Estimated Custom Order Timeline

All timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Factory production and inspection normally take 3-10 business days, depending on the number and complexity of selected custom features. The 21-25 day sea-freight estimate is based on delivery to the U.S. East Coast. Holidays, customs inspections, port schedules, weather and remote delivery locations may extend the timeline.

How Your Custom Doll Is Made and Delivered

A custom doll is not taken directly from warehouse stock. It is individually scheduled and produced according to your selected configuration. Please review every option carefully before submitting your order, especially the body, head, material, skin tone, eye color, hairstyle and functional upgrades.

Because every made-to-order doll is created for one customer, production, inspection and international transportation take longer than local warehouse delivery. The following guide explains what happens after you place your order.

Select and Confirm Your Custom Options

Start by choosing the appearance and features that best match your preferences. Available options depend on the model and may include:

• Body model, height and material
• Head model and skin tone
• Eye color and wig style
• Makeup, nail color and body details
• Standard, articulated or upgraded skeleton
• Standing feet or non-standing feet
• Fixed or removable insert, where available
• Breast options and softness upgrades
• Heating, sound or other optional functions
• Clothing, accessories and additional heads

Some options are included in the listed price, while premium upgrades may require an additional charge. The final doll will be produced according to the options shown in your confirmed order.

Order Review and Factory Submission

After payment is completed, our team reviews your order to check that the selected options are available and compatible with the chosen model. We may contact you if any detail needs clarification.

Once the configuration is confirmed, the production request is submitted to the factory. Please contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect option or delivery address. Changes may no longer be possible after material preparation or production has started.

Handcrafted Factory Production

Your doll enters the factory production schedule and is made according to the confirmed configuration. Depending on the model, this process may include skeleton preparation, material casting, curing, mold removal, trimming, skin finishing, makeup application, eye installation, wig preparation and assembly of optional functions.

Many details are completed or adjusted by hand. Minor differences in makeup, skin shading, veins, freckles, nail placement and small surface details are normal characteristics of a handcrafted product.

Factory production and inspection normally take approximately 3-10 business days. The exact time depends on the number and complexity of your selected custom features. Customized makeup, implanted hair, special body painting, complex functions or unusual specifications may require the longer end of this estimated range.

Quality Inspection Before Shipping

After production, the factory performs an inspection before the doll is approved for shipment. The inspection may include:

• Checking the head, body and skin tone against the order
• Inspecting the material surface for visible production defects
• Testing joint movement and general skeleton stability
• Checking standing feet and foot bolts, when selected
• Testing heating, sound or electronic options, when selected
• Confirming the wig, eyes, accessories and included items
• Preparing the doll for secure international transportation

The purpose of this inspection is to identify obvious production issues before the doll leaves the factory.

Factory Photos for Your Confirmation

When production and inspection are complete, factory photos or videos may be sent to you before shipment. These images allow you to check the completed doll against the confirmed order.

Please review the head, body, skin tone, makeup, wig and selected options carefully. If an item does not match the confirmed configuration, contact us and clearly identify the area that needs to be checked.

Factory photos are normally prepared and reviewed within approximately 2 days after production and inspection are complete. Sea shipping will be arranged after the finished doll has been approved or the confirmation period stated in our order email has expired.

Secure and Discreet Packaging

Your doll is carefully positioned and protected to reduce movement during international transportation. Protective materials are placed around the head, body and vulnerable areas before the product is sealed inside a strong outer carton.

The external packaging is plain and discreet. It does not display explicit product images or wording that identifies the contents as an adult doll. Customs authorities may still open and inspect international parcels when required by local law.

Sea Freight from China

After factory approval and packaging, the order is transferred to our international logistics partner. Sea-shipped orders may travel together with other goods in a consolidated shipment from China to the destination country.

During the ocean transportation stage, an individual UPS, FedEx or DHL tracking number may not yet be available. This does not mean the order has stopped moving. International sea freight is normally tracked through the freight route rather than a separate last-mile parcel number.

For orders delivered to the U.S. East Coast, sea freight, customs clearance and final local delivery normally take approximately 21-25 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time. Vessel schedules, port congestion, weather, customs inspections, public holidays and remote delivery locations may extend the timeline.

Customs Clearance and Local Delivery

After arriving in the destination country, the shipment enters customs clearance and is transferred to an overseas warehouse or local delivery partner.

Once the parcel is handed to the final-mile courier, a local tracking number may be issued. Depending on the destination and logistics route, local delivery may be completed by UPS, FedEx, DHL or another qualified carrier.

Import requirements and taxes vary by country. Unless the checkout page or shipping policy specifically states that duties are included, customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information and cooperating with any legally required customs procedures.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the outer carton before signing for the parcel. If the carton is severely crushed, punctured, wet or visibly damaged, photograph the damage immediately and ask the delivery driver to record it.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the unopened carton through the complete inspection of the doll and accessories. This video can provide important evidence if an item is missing or damaged during transportation.

After-Sales Support

Our responsibility does not end when the parcel is delivered. If the doll arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, transport-related damage, missing components or an incorrect configuration, contact our customer service team with supporting photos or videos.

After reviewing the evidence, the appropriate solution may include:

• Usage or maintenance guidance
• Replacement accessories or components
• A repair kit with instructions
• Professional repair support where available
• A partial refund for an agreed minor issue
• A replacement product for a confirmed major defect

The final solution depends on the type of issue, the available evidence, the product condition and the applicable warranty or after-sales policy.

Important Custom Order Policy

Made-to-order dolls are produced according to each customer’s selected specifications. Once production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned because of a change of mind.

Custom dolls are also personal hygiene products. Used, opened, stained, damaged or modified products cannot be returned or resold.

This restriction does not remove your right to contact us about verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, missing items or products that do not match the confirmed order.

Handmade Product Notice

Product photos are taken under professional lighting and may appear different on various screens. Because makeup, finishing and many small details are completed by hand, the finished doll may have slight variations in color, makeup, veins, freckles, eyelashes, nails or other surface details.

Small handcrafted variations that do not affect normal use or materially change the confirmed configuration are not considered manufacturing defects.

Care After Delivery

• Move new joints slowly and avoid forcing the limbs beyond their normal range.
• Use only water-based lubricant with TPE or silicone dolls.
• Clean the doll gently with warm water and mild neutral soap.
• Dry the doll completely before dressing or storage.
• Avoid alcohol, harsh chemicals, sharp objects and excessive heat.
• Avoid prolonged contact with dark or color-fading clothing.
• Store the doll in a clean, cool and dry place with the limbs in a relaxed position.
• Follow the supplied instructions when using heating or electronic functions.
