Exceptional circumstances
The 7-working-day guarantee does not apply when the delay is caused by force majeure or another major event outside Peachlip’s reasonable control, including:
- War, armed conflict, military action, or civil disorder.
- Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, severe weather, or other natural disasters.
- Government lockdowns, shipment restrictions, customs holds, or security controls.
- Widespread strikes, major carrier failures, or large-scale logistical breakdowns.
How compensation is calculated
Approved compensation equals 10% of the item’s purchase price. Shipping fees, taxes, optional services, and separately purchased accessories are excluded.
The compensation refund does not cancel the shipment. The package will continue to the delivery address unless a different solution is confirmed in writing.
How to claim

Full refund — cancellation before shipment
Cancel early, before the carrier receives the order.
To cancel an order, email Peachlip before the order has shipped. Once we confirm that the cancellation was received and approved before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation after shipment
A shipment already in transit is handled as a return or carrier interception.
If you cancel after the order has shipped but before delivery, contact us immediately. We may request a carrier interception, refusal of delivery, or return-to-sender process, depending on the carrier and shipment status.
- You are responsible for carrier return, interception, redirection, and related charges unless the return is caused by our error.
- The applicable amount is based on the carrier’s actual rate, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another assigned carrier.
- The charge may be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately where necessary.
- The refund is normally processed after the carrier confirms interception, return, or receipt at the approved return location.
Package damaged upon arrival
Protect the evidence and keep the sealed inner product packaging unopened.
If the shipping carton appears crushed, torn, wet, punctured, opened, or otherwise seriously damaged, do not break or remove the product’s sealed inner packaging.
- If refusal is not possible, contact Peachlip within 24 hours of receipt and provide the order number, photos, video, and a description of the damage.
- After verification, we may offer a full refund or replacement, based on availability, evidence, applicable law, and your preference where possible.
- Opening the sealed inner packaging before review may affect our ability to verify carrier damage and may reduce the remedies available under this policy.
Dissatisfaction with the product
Discretionary partial refund of up to 50%; return may not be required.
If the product was delivered as ordered and is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, but you are dissatisfied because of a change of mind or because it does not meet your personal expectations, contact us with the order details and an explanation.
- After review, Peachlip may offer a discretionary partial refund of up to 50% of the product purchase price.
- The approved amount is determined case by case and is not automatically guaranteed at the maximum percentage.
- When a no-return partial refund is approved, you may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.
- Unopened products in original condition may be considered under the standard return process after authorization.
Late-delivery compensation claims
Claim the 10% refund within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
If an eligible order arrives later than 7 working days after dispatch, and the delay is not caused by an excluded exceptional circumstance, contact Peachlip support within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and the carrier tracking information.
- We will review the order-confirmation time, dispatch record, carrier acceptance scan, tracking history, delivery date, and policy eligibility.

- Approved compensation is issued to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time may apply.

Cryptocurrency payments
For crypto-paid orders, the applicable refund method, asset, network, exchange-rate treatment, and network fees will be confirmed before the refund is sent.
