    Why Choose Peachlip?

Authentic branded products, faster local delivery and additional protection for every purchase.

100% Authentic USA & European Brands

Our adult products are sourced from established American and European brands—not unverified low-cost generic products commonly found on third-party marketplaces. Our prices are generally 20%–30% below official brand prices .

    Product Safety Comes First

Because adult products come into intimate contact with the body, we do not sell unbranded products or products without applicable safety and compliance certification. Peachlip and the original brand jointly stand behind the quality and safety of the products we sell.

Full Refund + 10× Product Price Authenticity Guarantee If the brand owner confirms in writing that a Peachlip product is counterfeit, we will provide a full refund and compensation equal to 10× the product price, subject to verification.

Ready to Ship from Local Warehouses

Except for customized dolls, all products are already stocked in local warehouses and ready for fast dispatch. Most local-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days in the USA and 3–7 business days in many European destinations, depending on the customer’s address, warehouse location and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates exclude extreme weather, natural disasters, war, epidemics and other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control.

    Commercial Liability Insurance Protection

All products sold by Peachlip are covered by third-party commercial liability insurance, providing an additional level of customer protection and purchase confidence.

    24-HOUR DISPATCH · 7-DAY DELIVERY
    01
Dispatch within 24 hours We will dispatch an eligible order within 1 day (24 hours) after order confirmation. Order confirmation occurs after payment, order information, and the delivery address have been successfully verified.
    02
Delivery within 7 working days Once dispatched, an eligible order is expected to arrive within 7 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the delivery period.
    03
10% late-delivery compensation If the package arrives later than 7 working days after dispatch, and no listed exceptional circumstance applies, you may receive a refund equal to 10% of the item purchase price.
    04

    Exceptional circumstances

The 7-working-day guarantee does not apply when the delay is caused by force majeure or another major event outside Peachlip’s reasonable control, including:

    • War, armed conflict, military action, or civil disorder.
    • Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, severe weather, or other natural disasters.
    • Government lockdowns, shipment restrictions, customs holds, or security controls.
    • Widespread strikes, major carrier failures, or large-scale logistical breakdowns.
    05

    How compensation is calculated

Approved compensation equals 10% of the item’s purchase price. Shipping fees, taxes, optional services, and separately purchased accessories are excluded.

    Example $200 item price → $20 refund

The compensation refund does not cancel the shipment. The package will continue to the delivery address unless a different solution is confirmed in writing.

    06

Do not visit a warehouse or send a return to any address listed above unless Peachlip support has provided written authorization and the correct return instructions.

    01

Full refund — cancellation before shipment

Cancel early, before the carrier receives the order.

To cancel an order, email Peachlip before the order has shipped. Once we confirm that the cancellation was received and approved before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

No cancellation fee before shipment No cancellation or restocking fee is charged for an order successfully cancelled before it is handed to the carrier.
    02

    Cancellation after shipment

A shipment already in transit is handled as a return or carrier interception.

If you cancel after the order has shipped but before delivery, contact us immediately. We may request a carrier interception, refusal of delivery, or return-to-sender process, depending on the carrier and shipment status.

    • You are responsible for carrier return, interception, redirection, and related charges unless the return is caused by our error.
    • The applicable amount is based on the carrier’s actual rate, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another assigned carrier.
    • The charge may be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately where necessary.
    • The refund is normally processed after the carrier confirms interception, return, or receipt at the approved return location.
    03

    Package damaged upon arrival

Protect the evidence and keep the sealed inner product packaging unopened.

If the shipping carton appears crushed, torn, wet, punctured, opened, or otherwise seriously damaged, do not break or remove the product’s sealed inner packaging.

Photograph all sides Show the full carton, damaged areas, shipping label, and visible carrier markings.
Record a clear video When possible, record the package condition before moving or opening the carton.
Refuse when possible If the carrier is present and refusal is available, refuse the visibly damaged delivery.
    • If refusal is not possible, contact Peachlip within 24 hours of receipt and provide the order number, photos, video, and a description of the damage.
    • After verification, we may offer a full refund or replacement, based on availability, evidence, applicable law, and your preference where possible.
    • Opening the sealed inner packaging before review may affect our ability to verify carrier damage and may reduce the remedies available under this policy.
    04

    Dissatisfaction with the product

Discretionary partial refund of up to 50%; return may not be required.

If the product was delivered as ordered and is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, but you are dissatisfied because of a change of mind or because it does not meet your personal expectations, contact us with the order details and an explanation.

    • After review, Peachlip may offer a discretionary partial refund of up to 50% of the product purchase price.
    • The approved amount is determined case by case and is not automatically guaranteed at the maximum percentage.
    • When a no-return partial refund is approved, you may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.
    • Unopened products in original condition may be considered under the standard return process after authorization.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are reviewed separately This dissatisfaction section does not limit any remedy that may apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law.
    05

    Late-delivery compensation claims

Claim the 10% refund within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

If an eligible order arrives later than 7 working days after dispatch, and the delay is not caused by an excluded exceptional circumstance, contact Peachlip support within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

    • Provide your order number and the carrier tracking information.
    • We will review the order-confirmation time, dispatch record, carrier acceptance scan, tracking history, delivery date, and policy eligibility.
    • When approved, compensation equals 10% of the item purchase price. Shipping fees, taxes, optional services, and separately purchased accessories are excluded.
    • Approved compensation is issued to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time may apply.
    • The compensation does not cancel the shipment; delivery will continue unless Peachlip confirms another solution in writing.
Compensation example If the eligible item purchase price is $200, the approved late-delivery refund is $20.
    06

    Shipping costs and refund processing

How deductions, timing, and payment methods are handled.

    Shipping charges

Original shipping charges and return-related carrier charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a wrong item, verified arrival damage, or another situation where refunding those charges is required by law.

    Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, payment service, or blockchain process may require additional time.

    Original payment method

Refunds are normally issued through the original payment channel. If a technical restriction prevents this, Peachlip support will contact you regarding an available alternative.

    Cryptocurrency payments

For crypto-paid orders, the applicable refund method, asset, network, exchange-rate treatment, and network fees will be confirmed before the refund is sent.

    07

    How to submit a request

Send complete information to reduce delays.

    • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
    • The reason for cancellation, return, damage claim, delivery-guarantee claim, or dissatisfaction request.
    • Clear photos or videos when the request concerns packaging, delivery damage, a wrong item, missing parts, or a product issue.
    • Relevant tracking updates, delivery records, carrier notices, or transaction references.
Use official Peachlip contact details only Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, online-banking passwords, crypto private keys, or wallet recovery phrases with a refund request.

    Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the customer’s country or region. Where mandatory consumer law provides a greater remedy, withdrawal right, legal guarantee, or different deadline, that law will apply. Hygiene-sealed and customized goods may be subject to specific statutory exceptions after opening or production.

Need to cancel, report damage, or request delivery compensation?

Contact Peachlip as soon as possible. Include your order number and attach relevant photos, video, tracking information, or carrier notices when applicable.
